Background

Kyle Frazier, the person responsible for bringing you all this information, is a licensed real estate broker with the largest and most respected real estate company in Marin county.  Before he joined forces with Frank Howard Allen Realtors, Kyle practiced law in the San Francisco offices of two top-flight law firms and also clerked with the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Although Kyle maintains his memberships with the California, Marin County, and San Francisco Bar Associations, he no longer “practices” law. He chooses to spend 100% of his time and energy to helping people achieve their real estate goals.

Kyle's Mission Statement

"My goal is to change the way you feel about buying and selling real estate. My approach to real estate is straight-forward: 

(1) I will tell you about the good and bad aspects of every potential deal (if I wouldn’t do it myself, I’ll tell you so); (2) I will aggressively negotiate the best possible outcome; (3) I treat each transaction as if it is my own house; and (4) after the deal is done, I will do everything I can to remain your closest and most trusted real estate advisor. Interests and Activities

Outside of work, Kyle spends his time with his wife, Joanna, and daughter, Scarlett.  They hang out at the beach, play soccer, and obey their dog, Carmen.
